Amazon Peterborough announces above-inflation pay rise – to a minimum starting salary of more than £33,000 for full-time operations employees

Frontline employees in Peterborough and across the UK will see a pay rise of up to 5.6%, taking minimum starting pay to £15.10 per hour from 27 September 2026.
