Stow voters to decide Nov. 3 whether mayor, law director, finance chief should get a raise

Stow voters will decide Nov. 3 whether to raise salaries for the mayor, law director and finance director to $100,000. Each currently is paid about $80,000 a year and salaries have not been increased in more than a decade.
