Bruno the rescue dog seeks home after 80 days
Summarised from 2 outlets · Updated 16 Oct, 06:08 · Archive
Bruno, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Lurcher, has spent more than 80 days at the Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home in Oxfordshire. The RSPCA is calling for experienced and patient pet owners to rehome or foster dogs as part of its Adoptober campaign.
Charlotte Harvey from the Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home described Bruno as bright, bouncy and intelligent, with a huge personality and zest for life. She said he is eager to learn, loves working and developing his physical and mental skills, and would suit an adult-only, active home with someone willing to help him continue to grow. 'He deserves way more than kennel life,' Ms Harvey said. 'Bruno is ready to be your adventure buddy and remind you that every day is an opportunity for new experiences.'
Bruno recently spent two weeks in a foster home, where staff say he made considerable progress. Ms Harvey added: 'Bruno has absolutely thrived in a foster home placement and has shown just how much he has to offer. His foster home helped him blossom, and it was wonderful to see his confidence grow as he discovered just how much fun life can be.' Interested adopters can visit the Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home website for more information.
