Pedro Neto scored twice in the second half as Chelsea won 2-0 away to Everton.

Chelsea recorded a 2-0 away win at Everton, with forward Pedro Neto scoring twice in the second half. According to BBC Sport, Neto's first goal came just 43 seconds after the restart, with his second following in the 90th minute. Metro rated Neto's performance eight out of ten, noting he was an effective threat down Chelsea's right-hand side throughout the game.

The victory extended Chelsea's improving form and ended Everton's unbeaten run. Both outlets confirm it was Chelsea's first clean sheet of the season. Metro reports that goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez was forced off after the hour mark following a clash of heads with Jarrad Branthwaite. BBC Sport noted that Everton's Jordan Pickford may have been disappointed not to keep out Neto's opening goal, though he made several important saves later in the match.
