Shania Twain to headline Blenheim Palace Festival in 2027

Summarised from 3 outlets · Updated 2 Nov, 15:38 · Archive

Country pop star Shania Twain will headline Blenheim Palace Festival on 29 June 2027.

Shania Twain has been announced as a headliner for Blenheim Palace Festival next summer. The Canadian country pop star, a five-time Grammy award winner known for hits including 'Man! I Feel Like a Woman!', will perform at the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, on 29 June 2027.

The festival's managing director of visitor attractions, Heather Carter, said the palace "couldn't be more excited to welcome the Queen of Country Pop to our Great Court". She added that "Shania Twain's songs have been the soundtrack to so many lives and hearing them ring out in front of the Palace on a summer evening will be truly magical".

Peter Taylor, co-founder of live music promoters Cuffe & Taylor, which organises the festival, said "Shania Twain at Blenheim Palace, it really does not get any better than that". Twain joins a line-up that includes Grammy Award-nominated pop sensation Alex Warren and multi-platinum singer-songwriter David Gray, with further headliners yet to be announced.

Blenheim Palace Festival was launched last year, replacing the Nocturne Live annual concert series. The inaugural event featured headline acts including Katy Perry and Teddy Swims. In the summer, Twain supported Harry Styles on his world tour at Wembley Stadium.

Tickets for Shania Twain's performance go on pre-sale from 10:00 GMT on Wednesday, with general sale opening at the same time on Friday.
