A man and woman have been jailed for supplying cocaine and cannabis in Norfolk.

Karl Cupit, 30, was jailed for 28 months and his girlfriend Jade Fiddy, 25, received a 21-month prison sentence suspended for two years after Norwich Crown Court heard they jointly ran a small-scale drugs supply operation. The couple lived together in Great Ellingham, near Attleborough, and supplied cocaine and cannabis to users between April and September 2025.

Police arrested Cupit in September after executing a warrant at their address. Officers found him with 4.1g of cocaine concealed in his footwear. At the property they recovered drugs, cash, mobile phones and scales bearing traces of white powder. Examination of the phones revealed evidence they had been used in preparing and supplying drugs.

Prosecutor Ian James told the court the couple had been 'working in concert' and 'in it together' as part of the operation. Judge Andrew Shaw said Cupit had played a 'significant role' in the supply of class A drugs. He noted that offences involving supply of class A drugs would ordinarily merit immediate custody, but accepted Fiddy had played a lesser role in the enterprise.
