Bob Huggins, the former head basketball coach at West Virginia University and the University of Cincinnati, is living with a progressive cognitive condition that has begun to affect his memory and aspects of his daily life. His family and the University of Cincinnati Athletics Department released a statement on Wednesday announcing the condition.
