Michael and Hilary Whitehall are bringing their live show The Wittering Whitehalls: Recollections May Vary to the Ipswich Corn Exchange on Friday, 9 April 2027, starting at 7.30pm. The performance will feature family stories, showbusiness gossip and the couple's trademark exchanges as they look back over their lives and careers.

The show takes inspiration from their hit podcast The Wittering Whitehalls, which launched in 2022 and has amassed more than five million downloads. Michael Whitehall, a former theatrical agent, has represented major British acting names including Colin Firth, Dame Judi Dench and Daniel Day-Lewis. He has also become a familiar television personality, appearing alongside his comedian son Jack Whitehall in five series of Netflix's Travels With My Father. Hilary Whitehall began her career as an actress, appearing in programmes including The Bill, Miranda and Bad Education.

The show's title signals that Michael Whitehall's recollections may not always be entirely reliable, with Hilary on hand as a fact checker to provide missing details and correct false memories. The couple previously toured The Wittering Whitehalls: Barely Alive across the UK in 2025, culminating in a sold-out performance at Richmond Theatre. Their latest production will visit 27 venues across the UK during spring 2027, beginning in Guildford in March and finishing in Lancaster in May.
