Grand Theft Auto VI will include at least six radio stations and on-demand podcasts for the first time in the series.

Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto VI will feature the series' largest music and audio selection yet, with at least six radio stations and fictional on-demand podcasts available to players. The radio stations span genres from classic rock to talk radio, and include Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM and Dirty South Classics.

Introducing podcasts marks a significant new addition to the franchise. Players will be able to listen to fictional podcasters discussing fictional events while playing as characters Jason and Lucia. Both radio and podcasts will be accessible through newly introduced headphones, earbuds and smartphones connected to players' in-game devices, available both in vehicles and on foot.

Rockstar has made preview samples of the six radio stations available on its website, along with six singles from the game's official soundtrack. These feature artists including Travis Scott, Yung Lean, PinkPantheress, Morgan Wallen and Keith Richards. Grand Theft Auto VI launches on 19 November.
