Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are leaving the UK after King Charles reportedly considered stripping their titles. The Duchess of Sussex, who moved to the UK with her family in August, is set to appear as a judge on the Australian version of Junior MasterChef in 2027. A source close to the production has confirmed that she will appear on the upcoming season, slated for release in 2027. The role will require her to be away from Britain for 'weeks', and it is speculated that Harry will take children Archie and Lilibet to Melbourne to accompany Meghan.

Journalist Lauren Tomasi told Australia's breakfast news show Today that the stint would be lengthy and suggested the whole family would travel to Melbourne. Despite the couple receiving an 'enthusiastic' welcome from fans in Nottingham during their first joint public appearance in the UK, their private experience appears more complex. Reports suggest Meghan has struggled to adapt to their new life in the Cotswolds and has been feeling 'homesick', with Closer magazine reporting that she had reservations about relocating to Britain from the start.

The couple plan to return to the US for Christmas with Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, just three months after moving to the UK. According to sources, Harry and Meghan have differing views on their future in Britain. Harry reportedly sees the move as a long-term plan, while Meghan is uncertain about whether settling in the UK was the right decision. An insider stated that Meghan's fears about the move 'have come true', and that Harry is particularly worried after Meghan suggested that a few weeks in California would not suffice.
