More than half of 52-home Worcestershire estate sold

Summarised from 2 outlets · Updated 31 Oct, 06:22 · Archive

More than half the homes at a new 52-home development in Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire, have sold since launch in November 2025.

More than half the homes at The Hamlet, a new 52-home development by Worcester-based Lioncourt Homes in Leigh Sinton, have sold since the scheme launched in November 2025. The development features a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, with the first residents having moved in earlier this year.

Jack Jones, head of sales and marketing at Lioncourt Homes, said the early sales milestone reflected both the strength of the homes offered and strong buyer interest in Leigh Sinton and the surrounding Malvern Hills area. He noted that buyers were drawn to the countryside setting and community feel, whilst still valuing proximity to Worcester, Malvern and Ledbury.

The Hamlet includes a contribution of more than £350,000 in Section 106 funding to support education, transport, healthcare, play areas, and green spaces in the surrounding area. Fifteen of the 52 homes will be made available through social rent or shared ownership.
