Kelly Osbourne paid tribute to her late father Ozzy on her 42nd birthday, which she celebrated without him following his death in July 2025.

Kelly Osbourne celebrated her 42nd birthday this week with tributes to her late father Ozzy, who died in July 2025 aged 76. The media personality shared photos on Instagram of the pair hugging on a couch, along with roses and a card from Ozzy reading 'I love you forever ~ Daddy'. She wrote that birthdays reminded her of the life he gave her, and that every candle she blew out carried the same wish: 'Just one more moment with you'.

Ozzy, the lead singer of heavy metal band Black Sabbath, died from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and coronary artery disease, with Parkinson's disease also listed as a contributing cause. He had suffered multiple health issues including surgeries following a fall. Sharon, Ozzy's wife, recently revealed that the family never told the couple's children how ill he was before his death, saying 'Nobody knew how sick he was'.

On her birthday, Kelly's son Sidney gave her a special gift: a bat-shaped keyring referencing Ozzy's nickname, the Prince of Darkness. The card accompanying it read: 'When life turns you upside down, look ahead and don't look around.' Kelly posted a video of the moment, saying it left her emotional and that Sidney was 'the best thing that has ever happened to me'. The post received over 254,000 likes and messages of support from celebrities including Paloma Faith and Paris Hilton.
