Jelly and Bean, 19-week-old black and white sisters at Animal Rescue Cumbria, are looking to be adopted together.

Two 19-week-old black and white kitten sisters, Jelly and Bean, are being cared for at Animal Rescue Cumbria and are seeking a home where they can stay together for life.

Staff at the shelter describe the pair as full of energy, playful and curious, always ready for their next adventure. They have a strong bond with each other and are looking for a home where they can grow up side by side with plenty of playtime, attention and cuddles.

The kittens could live with children and cat-friendly dogs if given proper introductions, but would need to be the only cats in the home. Jelly is suspected to be deaf, which affects the requirements for their living arrangements.

Because of Jelly's suspected deafness, the pair are looking for an indoor-only home or one with a secure catio. The shelter emphasises that kittens are a long-term commitment, requiring time, patience, training, play and veterinary care.

Staff at the shelter said: 'If you're looking for a fun, affectionate and entertaining pair of kittens, Jelly and Bean could be the perfect girls for you.' Anyone interested in offering the sisters a loving home is encouraged to visit the Animal Rescue Cumbria website and complete an adoption application form.
