Two tortoiseshell cats seek adoption in Cumbria
Summarised from 4 outlets · Updated 22 Oct, 06:58 · Archive
Two tortoiseshell cats, Patch and Pumpkin, are available for adoption through Animal Rescue Cumbria.
Animal Rescue Cumbria is appealing for adoptive homes for two tortoiseshell cats, Patch and Pumpkin, both of which are ready for rehoming. Patch is a three-year-old tortoiseshell and white cat, while Pumpkin is a two-year-old mixed tortoiseshell. The rescue has described the pair as affectionate cats with their own individual characteristics.
Both cats enjoy spending time with people, receiving fuss and playing with their favourite toys. They could be adopted together as a pair or go to separate homes, according to Animal Rescue Cumbria.
The rescue believes the cats would be best suited to homes with older, sensible children who understand when they need space and quiet time. Once settled into their new surroundings, both cats would also like the opportunity to venture outdoors and explore.
Animal Rescue Cumbria said: 'These two lovely cats are searching for a forever home.' The charity added: 'Could you be the one to give Patch or Pumpkin (or perhaps both!) their forever homes.'
Anyone interested in adopting either or both cats can submit an adoption application through Animal Rescue Cumbria.
