Swanage Musical Theatre Company will perform Our House, a musical featuring songs by Madness, in March 2027.

Swanage Musical Theatre Company will perform Our House at The Mowlem in Swanage from 18 to 20 March 2027. The musical features songs by Madness, the British pop band behind hits including Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love and House of Fun. The show tells the story of Joe Casey, a teenager from Camden whose life splits into two different paths following a single decision on his sixteenth birthday.

Director Laura Jolly said the musical would blend humour, heart and drama set to the music of Madness, and would show audiences a different side of the company's theatrical talents compared to its previous production of Beauty and the Beast. Performances will take place at 7.30pm on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 March, with two shows on Saturday 20 March at 2pm and 7.30pm. Tickets go on sale through The Mowlem website and box office on Wednesday 14 October at 11am.
