Two people have been charged after three homemade explosive devices were discovered in Brentwood, leading to the evacuation of 40 homes.

Two people were charged after three small homemade explosive devices were found at an address in Sawyers Grove, Brentwood on Friday morning, 30 October. Police were called at around 7.20am following reports of a disturbance. Officers forced entry to the property, detained a man and a woman, and discovered suspicious items.
