Kirkpatrick said the partnership was 'a total honour' and that receiving advice from accomplished bakers was 'very reassuring that we are on the right track'. Wilson noted similarities between the two businesses and said Kirkpatrick 'has done amazingly well'. Swirl Sponge will be available to order on Sponge's website until 29 November.
