Passengers taking legal action against train operator after 'horrific' derailment

Law firm Fletchers Solicitors is assisting several people with claims against the operator for physical and psychological injuries caused by the incident. The derailment occurred shortly before 4pm on Thursday, August 13, about one mile north of Lewes station on Network Rail's East Coastway line between Cooksbridge and Lewes Tunnel.
