A 48-year-old man from Abingdon has been arrested on suspicion of public order offences and released on bail while enquiries continue. PC Alexander Glover appealed for anyone who was in the pharmacy or area at the time and may have seen the man to come forward, and asked for CCTV, dash-cam or other footage that could assist the investigation.
