Kings of Leon will headline Scarborough Open Air Theatre on 27 June 2027.

Kings of Leon have announced a headline show at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Sunday, 27 June 2027. The performance is one of only two northern UK dates for the band next summer, alongside two sold-out nights at London's The O2 and a headline slot at the Isle of Wight Festival.

Julian Murray of promoters Cuffe and Taylor said: 'Kings of Leon are one of the world's biggest rock bands, with an incredible catalogue of hits and a live reputation built over more than two decades. We're absolutely delighted to welcome them to the Open Air Theatre next summer. This is a huge addition to our 2027 programme and promises to be a really special night on the Yorkshire coast.'

The band's touring history includes headlining Glastonbury, Coachella, Reading and Leeds, and a record-tying five nights at London's Hyde Park. They will headline Scarborough OAT alongside other announced 2027 acts including Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, Bananarama, Kaiser Chiefs, Alfie Boe, Ronan Keating, Jack Savoretti, James Morrison and Simply Red.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday, 30 October via Ticketmaster and the Scarborough Open Air Theatre website. Pre-order access to a pre-sale begins Tuesday for those who order the album O My Beloved.
