Shrewsbury Business Chamber has launched a new award celebrating businesses delivering excellent customer service across the town. The Shrewsbury Business Chamber Customer Service Award 2026, sponsored by insight6, is open to all Shrewsbury businesses, including those that are not currently Chamber members.
Entrants will be assessed independently by customer experience specialists insight6, which will select the overall winner through mystery shopping and customer experience assessment. Estaban Bridges, Chairman of Shrewsbury Business Chamber, said: 'There are some brilliant businesses in Shrewsbury doing a great job for their customers, and we wanted to recognise that.' He added that opening the award beyond the Chamber's membership was intended to celebrate local businesses and build relationships with more of them.

The winner will be revealed at Shrewsbury Business Chamber's Annual Christmas Dinner on Thursday 3 December at Origins Restaurant, London Road, Shrewsbury.
