Greenwich has ranked seventh in a study of London's 32 boroughs for nightlife quality.

A study by Gentlemen's Club has ranked Greenwich seventh among London's boroughs for nightlife, scoring 78.3 out of 100. The research compared all 32 boroughs and the City of London using eight measurements including the number of licensed venues, late-night food outlets, taxi availability, hygiene scores and 24-hour alcohol licences. Data came from UK Government alcohol licensing records, taxi statistics and Food Standards Agency food hygiene ratings.

Greenwich recorded 11.8 taxis and private hire vehicles per 1,000 residents, 10.1 on-trade alcohol licences per square kilometre and 7.9 late-night refreshment premises per square kilometre. The borough achieved an average hygiene rating of 4.82 out of 5 across pubs, bars and nightclubs. It had 0.8 24-hour alcohol licences per square kilometre, indicating its strong performance was not driven solely by round-the-clock venues.

Kensington and Chelsea topped the list with 90.7, followed by the City of London with 86.3 and Southwark with 84.7. Greenwich's nightlife includes historic riverside pubs, bars, live entertainment venues and clubs. Notable venues include the Trafalgar Tavern with around 6,600 Google reviews and Studio 338 on Greenwich Peninsula, an electronic music club with around 2,000 reviews.
