Heated throws can warm users for approximately 3 pence per hour, offering an alternative to switching on central heating.

Heated throws offer a low-cost way to stay warm during winter without relying on central heating. The StaySnug Bubble Faux Fur Lakeland Heated Throw costs approximately 3 pence per hour to run, making it an economical option as energy prices remain a concern for many households.

Lakeland offers a full range of heated textiles this autumn and winter, with prices starting at £39.99. The StaySnug model is made from soft faux fur and comes with nine heat settings easily controlled via a user-friendly controller.

The throw features nine time settings that allow it to switch off automatically, preventing wastage if the user falls asleep. Built-in overheating protection provides safety, allowing users to set the desired temperature and time before relaxing on the sofa or warming the bed.

Heated throws and electric blankets appeal to those seeking comfort during colder months. They offer an alternative to the expense and conflict of deciding when to switch on central heating, while delivering gentle warmth that many find soothing.
