Sources suggest Aaron Rodgers has exaggerated improvements in his relationship with his brother Jordan despite a recent family reconciliation.

Aaron Rodgers reconciled with his estranged family earlier this year, ending a near-decade rift that had been public since at least 2016 when his brother Jordan appeared on ABC's 'The Bachelorette' and said he and Aaron did 'not really have that much of a relationship'.

Last month, Rodgers discussed the reunion on Cam Heyward's 'Not Just Football' podcast, saying he had tough conversations with his parents and brothers and was now in 'a much better headspace'. He credited his wife Brittani, whom he married in 2025, with changing his outlook and encouraging the reconciliation. His older brother Luke subsequently shared photos of their parents visiting Aaron at a Pittsburgh Steelers game.

However, a source told Page Six this week that the public picture does not match the private reality. Jordan and his wife JoJo Fletcher 'are cordial with Aaron', the source said, but added that Rodgers 'has led the public to believe things are better than they actually are with Jordan'. The source also claimed that Jordan and Fletcher 'don't seem to know much' about Brittani and that family matters remain 'a very sensitive topic' for Jordan.
