The Golden State Valkyries held a victory parade on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, to celebrate their WNBA championship. The celebration spanned two cities: Oakland, where the team practises, and San Francisco, where they play their games.
Gabby Williams, the Finals MVP, led festivities aboard a double-decker bus, dancing through the streets and high-fiving fans whilst holding her trophy. Teammate Kiah Stokes joined her, and the crowd chanted 'MVP!' for Williams. 'I love this,' Stokes said.
The day began at Oakland's Jack London Square neighbourhood before the team took a ferry across the bay to San Francisco's Ferry Building, where the parade began. It concluded near the San Francisco Giants' Oracle Park. The team's manager from the Giants, Tony Vitello, was among those supporting the women's team along the route. The two-city approach reflected the franchise's support systems throughout Northern California.
