Wet wipes flushed down toilets could accumulate to the height of ten Big Bens, Thames Water reports.

Thames Water reports that wet wipes flushed down toilets could accumulate to the height of ten Big Bens. The findings come as part of the utility's 'Bin It Don't Block It' campaign during Unblocktober, which encourages people not to flush wet wipes down the toilet.

The campaign aims to reduce blockages in the sewage system caused by inappropriate flushing of non-biodegradable items.
