Gravitee Play in Oxford reopened two days after a burst pipe forced it to close.
Gravitee Play at Ozone Leisure Park in Oxford closed on Tuesday, October 27 after a burst pipe forced an emergency shutdown. The recently refurbished play centre, which had only opened on October 17 following a rebrand from Partyman World of Play Oxford and new management, reopened two days later on Thursday, October 29.
The operators released a statement thanking customers for their patience and support. They invited families to return and enjoy activities at the centre, promising a chance to 'burn off some energy'.
The reopening coincided with Halloween events, giving families the opportunity to attend a Haunted House play session. The Halloween event included prizes for best fancy dress and best dancer, plus games and entertainment, all included in the entrance price.
