James May has said there are no current plans for the three former Grand Tour presenters to work together again.

James May has said there are no current plans for a TV reunion with Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond following the end of their professional partnership on The Grand Tour in 2024. The three presenters made a one-off appearance together to introduce the show's new presenting line-up, but May has played down the prospect of another project.

Speaking to LBC, May said it was 'slightly difficult' to 'envisage' a reunion with Clarkson and Hammond because they were all 'knocking on a bit'. However, he stopped short of ruling out the possibility entirely, saying 'You should never say never, should you, because then somebody will dig it up and hold it against you, but there is nothing planned'.

Since the trio went their separate ways, Clarkson has continued presenting Clarkson's Farm, while Hammond has presented a series on Discovery. May has concentrated on several ventures of his own, including his pub, gin business and YouTube channel.
