Jaymie Graham has been appointed head coach at North Melbourne after serving as forwards coach at Fremantle.

Jaymie Graham has been appointed head coach at North Melbourne, taking on the top job at the Kangaroos after previously serving as forwards coach at Fremantle. The appointment comes after he narrowly missed out on senior coaching positions at Carlton and Essendon earlier this year.

Fremantle players wasted little time in responding to his departure. Stars Josh Treacy, Jye Amiss and Pat Voss have paid tribute to their outgoing forwards coach following his appointment at North Melbourne.

Graham takes over a club that has cycled through six senior coaches in the past eight years. He is now charged with leading the Kangaroos up the AFL ladder.
