Five dogs are available for adoption at Dogs Trust Basildon, each with specific care needs and family requirements.

Five dogs are currently waiting for adoption at Dogs Trust Basildon in Essex. Each has its own personality and specific care requirements.

Saturn is a five-year-old chihuahua described as nervous and requiring a calm, patient environment. He must be the only dog in the home and can live with older, secondary-school-aged children who understand his need for space. He is wary of strangers, so potential adopters will need to visit the centre several times to build trust before taking him home.

Three-year-old poodles Pablo and Bowen are best friends and must be rehomed together. They share a close bond and need to be the only dogs in the home, but cannot live with cats or small animals. Both enjoy meeting new people and are suited to families with children of primary school age or older.

A malamute cross called Forest is also seeking a home. For more information and details on how to adopt any of these dogs, the charity directs potential owners to visit dogstrust.org.uk/rehoming/dogs.
