Nick Mason is auctioning two classic cars from his collection at the NEC Classic Motor Show on November 14.

Nick Mason, the Pink Floyd drummer, is auctioning two classic cars from his Ten Tenths Collection at the NEC Classic Motor Show on Saturday, November 14. The vehicles will be offered by Iconic Auctioneers.

The 1928 Morgan Supersport 8-valve Anzani is estimated to sell for between £35,000 and £40,000. This three-wheeler was supplied new to Australia and was competing at Penrith Speedway near Sydney by January 1929, where it recorded victories against Ford and Allis opposition. Mason acquired the Morgan in 2014. The car was restored in the 1970s by vintage racing enthusiast Joe Wilson, and underwent further mechanical development including the fitting of a specially developed 1,320cc Anzani engine by British engineer Phil Spencer in the late 1980s. The Morgan has been described as a 'wonderfully individual example of early British motoring' and includes an extensive history file with photographs, correspondence and research documents from its competition career.

The 1973 Jaguar E-type Series 3 V12 Roadster is expected to fetch between £60,000 and £70,000. Mason acquired this car from Lord Litchfield in 2007. The two vehicles have spent a combined 31 years in his ownership.

Mason, aged 82 and based in Corsham, Wiltshire, is known for opening his estate Middlewick House and his private collection to the public each year. These public visits raise funds for two local charities: Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charity and the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.
