Summarised from 3 outlets · Updated 12 Oct, 06:15 · Archive

A pizza and grill business is opening its third outlet in Chippenham on 19 October.

A pizza and grill business is expanding into Chippenham with the opening of its third outlet later this month. The 41-year-old entrepreneur behind the business already operates outlets in Purton High Street and at Highdown Way in St Andrew's Ridge, Swindon. The new takeaway, at 12 New Road, Chippenham, is expected to open on or around Monday, 19 October, subject to completion of refurbishment work at the premises, which were previously occupied by Dolmans Furnishers.

The businessman, who has asked not to be named, operates the outlets under a franchise. The first outlet opened in Purton six years ago, while the St Andrew's Ridge branch opened in November last year. The menu includes pizzas, doner kebabs, wraps, smash burgers, traditional burgers and a range of sides, including chips and fries, along with waffle desserts and milkshakes.

The entrepreneur says he is committed to using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. He stated he was keen to move away from using frozen products, saying: 'We are trying to get away from using frozen products and are sourcing locally where possible, including the chicken and beef that we use. We make our pizzas in-house and use fresh products wherever humanly possible, which in this day and age is not easy.'
