Warwickshire SEND respite care gaps risk crisis, parent warns

Warwickshire parent carer Elissa Novak has warned in a written statement that gaps in overnight respite care could push families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) into crisis. Joint scrutiny of respite provision is scheduled for November.
