Beats has teased a new Pikachu-themed Pill wireless speaker in collaboration with Pokémon. The company posted a short video with the tagline 'Time to catch something new', showing a Beats Pill speaker alongside Beats and Poké Ball icons. Earlier rumours of the collaboration followed Pikachu's visit to Apple's campus during an August hardware event. Photos of what appeared to be the speaker's packaging at US retailer Target also fuelled speculation of the partnership.

Beats re-released the Pill speaker in 2024, after discontinuing the previous version in 2022. In the US, the standard Beats Pill retails for $149.99. No release date for the Pikachu-themed version has been disclosed.
