Vintage Inns is recruiting a dog to be its Chief Doggie Treat Tester and promote its new Canine Menu across UK pubs.
Vintage Inns, a pub chain, has launched a nationwide search for its first-ever Chief Doggie Treat Tester—a dog to help promote a new Canine Menu at pubs across the UK.
The role aims to showcase the chain's new offerings for dogs while allowing owners to bring their pets when dining or drinking at Vintage Inns establishments.
Linda Elliott, operations director at Vintage Inns, said: 'Finding Britain's Chief Doggie Treat Tester is certainly not a job we recruit for every day. We're delighted to be partnering with Canine Menu to bring the range to Vintage Inns pubs up and down the country.'
Elliott added: 'We know that for many of our guests, their dogs are an important part of the family, so we wanted to create something that means they don't have to miss out when enjoying a meal or drink together.'
The successful applicant will receive a professional photoshoot, a £100 Vintage Inns gift card and a hamper of dog treats. Applications close on 26 October.
