Jack Miller, owner of Right at Home Central Wiltshire, has been named a winner in the Great British Franchisee Awards 2026, organised by Whichfranchise. The award celebrates franchisees for excellence in business growth, leadership, customer satisfaction, staff development and community involvement.
Miller launched Right at Home Chippenham in 2019 at the age of 24, becoming the youngest franchisee in the Right at Home UK network. The network comprises more than 80 locally-owned businesses across the country.
Since launching, his business has expanded significantly. He now manages more than 100 highly trained care professionals providing services across a wider region. The business was recently rebranded to Right at Home Central Wiltshire to reflect this growth.
The homecare provider operates across Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge, Devizes, Corsham, Bradford on Avon, Calne, Malmesbury, Marlborough, Pewsey and surrounding areas.
Miller said of the award: 'I'm incredibly proud to receive this recognition, but this award is about so much more than business success. It reflects the dedication of our amazing team, who go above and beyond every day to make a real difference to our Clients and their families.'
His community involvement includes the 1,500 Smiles campaign, which supports local events, fundraising activities and initiatives for both clients and carers, affecting thousands of people.
Miller added: 'Homecare is ultimately about people, relationships and trust. I'm proud of what we've built together, from supporting our Clients to live as independently as possible to creating opportunities for our team and making a positive difference in our local communities.'
